BRS Solution: PEEK material rotor combines graphite rings to handle the high temperature which can reach 260oC during operation, split design to easy installation, air inlet to prevent leakage and cool the seal.

Installation Date: 2016

Performance: The original seal fails frequently and the enduser have to shut down the equipment every 3 months. Since install the BRS pneumatic shaft seal, no leakage happens in last two years. The special inner design can handle the shaft runout and axial movement during operation.
