One major motor manufacturer in China has installed BRS Bearing Isolator and tested under IP66 condition. Because the compact installation space, BRS chooses a narrow design, the bore size is just 15mm bigger than the shaft. After 30 minutes of flushing test, simulating the actual working condition, the Bearing Isolator withstood the test and no water impression into the bearing housing.
